Area 23 Track Designs presents one of the most anticipated tracks for NR2003, The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. The opening race of the NASCAR Cup Series since 2022. After 2 and a half years of work and dedicated people we are finally able to bring it to life for everyone to enjoy. I can not thank everyone enough for all their time and effort into trying to create this thing from where it was 2 years ago to where it is now. I’m gonna try to post everyone on here who has worked on this from the beginning. Thanks goes out to Ryan Adema for the base track that we began with. Alex Munoz, Randal Coleman, Thomas Philbrick for their work on the initial version. Lastly a big thank you to John Russell (Torch-1) without this guy we would never of gotten to the point of releasing this thing, he really brought this track to life and as much as I say it, I can’t thank him enough for being there and lending a hand putting countless hours in to this and bouncing ideas back and forth for almost over a year now. Lastly got to thank Mark Leiffer, Tate Dorsey, and Tyler Stahlhood for all their work with testing the AI and trying to make the LP Files work as best as we could. Shoutout to Blake Garcia on the video! One thing I wanna add is this track will not be a exact replica of the track because we can do so much with a sim that was created in 2003. We had to split the pit road pit stalls for them to work. The pace car has to park at the bottom of the track on the front stretch currently. We are trying to figure out a way to change this if possible with how the track has to be laid out. I really do hope people will enjoy this track!
